I met Joe in DeKalb at a market recently. We struck up conversation and I sampled some coffee (delicious); I bought a couple bags and I've become a true believer! Great consistent roasts that make every cup taste absolutely wondrous. I find myself excited to go to bed, specifically because I know Dragon Fire Coffee is waiting for me to brew in the morning! I haven't felt this way about coffee in a while - but man, it's just so dang good! While I only recently met Joe and Dragon Fire Coffee Roasters, I've become a huge, huge fan. Can't say enough good stuff about how awesome their beans are.

I have been buying whole bean coffee from Joe at Dragonfire Coffee for a few years now. I can without a doubt say Dragonfire Coffee is the real deal. The Costa Rica has been my go to the past couple years. I've tried Costa Rica beans from other Roasters and nothing compares to the beans and quality Roast that Joe produces. So smooth and flavorful. Dragonfire Coffee is my top choice when it comes to buying whole bean coffee from local Roasters. Joe is nothing short of a Professional when it comes to Coffee. His enthuisasm of where he finds his beans, how he Roasts, how he interacts with other Roasters he always strives to make that perfect cup of Coffee. Highly recommend Dragonfire Coffee. Try a bag, you won't be disappointed!

I recently tried the Black Dragon coffee from Dragon Fire Coffee Roasters and it was absolutely fantastic. The rich aroma and bold flavor were exactly what I was looking for in a coffee. The beans were clearly roasted with care, resulting in a smooth taste that was not too bitter or overpowering.

I wish I could give Dragon Fire Coffee Roasters more than five stars! From their service and communication to their incredible coffee this company is amazing. My advice for future customers would be to stock up and buy double what you planned for because we enjoyed our two bags (Ethiopia Yirgacheffe and Black Dragon Blend) in less than two weeks. Not to worry though, with free shipping and fast turn around it is always easy to buy more. If you are an amateur coffee maker, like myself, you can now impress your friends with the best cup of coffee they've ever had! We are so excited to try all the flavors. Thank you for a great experience!

What a beautiful cup of coffee. This morning I'm drinking Happy Festivus holiday blend roasted yesterday. A delicate, complex, structured aroma and flavor. Soft notes of ripe plum and brown sugar leaving a hint of chocolate to linger. Silky mouth feel. Gentle acidity. Dragon Fire Roasters know what's up when it comes to making an amazing coffee experience. Thank you!
